Efficient Non-isomorphic Graph Enumeration Algorithms for Subclasses of Perfect Graphs

چکیده
Intersection graphs are well-studied in the area of graph algorithms. Some intersection classes known to have algorithms enumerating all unlabeled by reverse search. Since these output one and numbers vast, they work only for a small number vertices. Binary decision diagrams (BDDs) compact data structures various types useful solving optimization enumeration problems. This study proposes five classes, which admit $$\textrm{O}(n)$$ -bit string representations their member graphs. Our algorithm each class enumerates with n vertices over BDDs representing binary strings time polynomial n. Moreover, our extended enumerate those constraints on maximum (bi)clique size and/or edges.

Efficient Enumeration of Non-isomorphic Processing Tree
Enumeration of search spaces belonging to join queries, so far comprises large sets of isomorphic processing trees, i.e. trees that can be equalized by only commutative exchange of the input relations to the operators. Since these di erences can be handled e ectively by the costing method it is su cient to focus on the enumeration of non-isomorphic processing trees only [2]. This restriction re...
متن کاملGraph Isomorphism Completeness for Perfect Graphs and Subclasses of Perfect Graphs
A problem is said to be GI-complete if it is provably as hard as graph isomorphism; that is, there is a polynomial-time Turing reduction from the graph isomorphism problem. It is known that the GI problem is GI-complete for some special graph classes including regular graphs, bipartite graphs, chordal graphs and split graphs. In this paper, we prove that deciding isomorphism of double split gra...

متن کاملGraph Searching & Perfect Graphs ∗
Perfect graphs, by definition, have a nice structure, that graph searching seems to extract in a, often non-inexpensive, manner. We scratch the surface of this elegant research area by giving two examples: Lexicographic Breadth Search on Chordal Graphs, and Lexicographic Depth First Search on Cocomparability graphs.
متن کاملPerfect Graphs and the Perfect Graph Theorems
The theory of perfect graphs relates the concept of graph colorings to the concept of cliques. In this paper, we introduce the concept of a perfect graph as well as a number of graph classes that are always perfect. We next introduce both theWeak Perfect Graph Theorem and the Strong Perfect Graph Theorem and provide a proof of the Weak Perfect Graph Theorem. We also demonstrate an application o...
